In case you have not heard, the world-wide computer industry is alerting us of a bad Internet worm coming on April 1; it is called Conficker.C and is supposed to be very hard to detect and clean. But the good news is BitDefender Labs has released a scanner that, they say, will detect and clean this worm. Go to BitDefender Labs and click on QuickScan or download the home version of the cleaning tool.

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but the newest upgrades to our E-Mail system contains some really neat features. One of them is the ability to assign a sound to play when new mail arrives. Click on Options, and then choose New Mail. There are 5 possible sounds to choose from (you will need speakers of course); just pick one and then click Save Options. This is especially helpful for those people that open their E-Mail and then leave the program running all the time.
